The Thomson Baking Company is the evolution of years of dreaming, baking & chocolate making. We started our business in 2002, originally as “Sweet Somethings Chocolate“, specializing in our delicious homemade fudge and other candies. As the years went by, we added to the fudge a variety of other homemade specialty chocolates, and then eventually baked goods of all kinds… until at last, it seemed fitting to change our name to more accurately reflect what we were and are becoming.
Today, our business offers all of the above, but we’ve learned to specialize in a few key items – Vegan, gluten free, and keto-friendly baked goods.
